OSHC

St. Michaels College offers an excellent Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) service that is located on the Campus grounds. It is run by experienced and passionate staff who aim to meet the needs of the St. Michael’s College Community.

The team recognises that before and after a busy day at the College, students need time to lead their own play and access resources that are of benefit to them. The weekly program aims to capture the changing strengths, needs and interests of our students and the team regularly plans for new experiences with quality learning outcomes in mind.

All students are welcomed into the space with an abundance of variety to meet their individual preferences. They have autonomy over how they choose to spend their time and often experience many new social connections through peer groups of varying ages.

Educators aim to support each child’s emerging life skills and build safe and secure relationships, to ensure all students feel comfortable and enjoy their time at OSHC.

The service is offered on a permanent or casual basis to students from 5 to 12 years of age.

The Before School Care program runs from 6:30 - 8:15am, with the After School Care program running from 3:00pm - 6:00pm.

Vacation Care programs are full of exciting outings and inhouse themed days to keep students active and engaged over the school holiday periods.
